The queen room had a work desk, a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, a comfy bed, a clean bathroom, and offered an adequate breakfast.

It was close to where we wished to be in order to visit with our Aunt who is not that well and able to get around. It was close to shoppinig and all we needed. It was also very quiet and the staff at front was very friendly.

1) Dialling local phone numbers did not work. 2) Internet connection did not work. 3) Breakfast was rather minimal. 4) Toilet did not flush - had to ask for another room. 5) Old hotel rather in need of renovation.

Room was spacious and had modern furnishings; breakfast was satisfyingly warm. The staff members were nice, and the location was convenient because it's close to St Laurent mall 🌟.

The hotel was close to the 417 which made getting to different parts of the city very easy. It was also just a block from a large mall to making shopping convenient.

There were large crumbs beside the microwave stand when we arrived at the room and some areas of the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Continental breakfast started too late for my departure. I did grab a banana on my way by and it was so green I could barely peel it and it tasted horrible.

The staff on the night shift was very helpful. the triple room with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge was nice. the location is great for traveling around Ottawa, right by the subway, a restaurant, and a mall.

Noisy bathroom exhaust fan .... unplugged it to solve the problem. The bathtub had a few chips but worked fine.

The rooms on the first floor all have patio doors to the parking lot which makes it easier to load / unload vehicle.

We had a room on the first floor. We had to walk through the corridor past the smoking rooms to get to our room. The corridor had a horrible smell of smoke.

I like the fact that we checked in late and they were still holding our reservation! Front staff were very nice. Rooms were great. Supplies were ready available.
